1. The Service

bulkpanelshop.net provides social media marketing ("SMM") services — such as views, likes, followers and similar engagement — sourced from third-party providers and delivered to the public profiles, posts or links you specify. The Service is intended primarily for resellers and panel owners who resell these services to their own customers, including through our API.

2. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials and API key confidential.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including order links and quantities.

3. Orders and Delivery

  • Once an order is submitted it enters processing and generally cannot be edited or stopped.
  • Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on third-party providers and on the target platform.
  • The target profile or post must be public and must remain unchanged during delivery. Do not change your username, switch the account to private, or delete the post while an order is in progress — doing so may cause the order to fail with no refund.
  • Provide the correct link in the exact format the service requires. Orders placed with an incorrect, private or invalid link are not eligible for a refund.
  • A natural drop in delivered counts may occur over time, as is normal for this industry. Where a service is marked as offering a refill, you may request a refill within the stated window.

4. Balance, Pricing and Payments

  • The Service operates on a prepaid balance: you add funds first, then spend them on orders.
  • Payments are accepted through the methods shown at checkout (for example card and cryptocurrency). Crypto top-ups are credited automatically after network confirmation; send exactly the amount shown on the payment page.
  • Prices are shown per 1,000 units unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice. The price applied is the one in effect at the moment an order is placed.
  • Your balance is for use within the Service. Except as expressly provided in Section 5, funds added to your balance are non-refundable.

5. Refunds, Refills and Cancellations

  • If an order cannot be delivered for reasons on our side, the charge for the undelivered portion is returned to your account balance.
  • Partial deliveries are charged only for the amount delivered; the remainder is returned to your balance.
  • Refills, where offered, restore drops on eligible services within the stated period and must be requested through your account or the API.
  • No refund is due for orders that fail because of incorrect links, private or deleted profiles, changed usernames, or other issues within your control.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are made to your account balance rather than the original payment method, unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • place orders for illegal content, or content promoting violence, hate, terrorism, child exploitation or fraud;
  • target profiles or content you do not own or have no permission to promote;
  • defraud the Service, abuse promotions, or exploit bugs;
  • resell the Service in a way that misrepresents its nature or our identity;
  • interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its API.

7. Third-Party Platforms and No Affiliation

bulkpanelshop.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Those platforms may change their rules or algorithms at any time, which can affect delivery, cause drops, or lead to action against a target account. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for any consequences to the accounts you promote.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support is a breach of these Terms. It will result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance, without prejudice to our other rights. If you have a problem with an order or a payment, open a support ticket first.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel pending orders and withhold balance if you breach these Terms, use the Service fraudulently or unlawfully, or create risk for the Service or for third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that delivered results will be permanent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or platform accounts.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bulkpanelshop.net and its operators from any claim, loss or expense arising from your use of the Service, your orders, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of registration of the Service's operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the competent courts of that place.
